Refund and Withdrawal Policy
This policy explains withdrawal rights, immediate digital delivery, and how to ask for help with a purchase.

1. EU 14-day withdrawal right
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers generally have 14 days from an online order to withdraw without giving a reason. Article 16(m) provides an exception for digital content supplied without a physical medium where delivery has begun after the consumer gave express prior consent and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal.
2. Immediate-delivery consent
Before paid checkout, you must tick an unticked checkbox expressly requesting immediate access to the selected product and acknowledging that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins. We record that consent and acknowledgement. We then begin delivery through email and account-library access after successful payment.
3. Cancellation before delivery
If you ask to cancel before the delivery email is sent and before digital access begins, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
4. Defective or incorrect files
If a purchased file is corrupt, will not open, is materially different from the product ordered, or the wrong content was delivered, contact us with the order details. You may choose a working replacement or a full refund. This policy does not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming digital content.
5. How to request a cancellation, replacement, or refund
Email hello@sleepanxietyreset.com with the email address used for the order, your order ID, the product name, and a short description of the request or file problem. Do not send card details.
6. Refund timing and access
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Where a full refund is issued, future download access to the refunded product may be revoked.
7. Relationship to the Terms
This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. If mandatory consumer law gives you a remedy beyond this policy, that mandatory right continues to apply.
