Terms and Conditions

1. Seller and contact details

Sleep Anxiety Reset is operated by Kemiworld Solutions Ltd. Contact us at hello@sleepanxietyreset.com.

2. About the service

We sell one-time digital wellness products, including downloadable guides, worksheets, reflection tools, and audio tracks. We also provide free educational content and free digital resources. We do not currently sell subscriptions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a product. Account and data-consent features are available only to people aged 16 or over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement.

4. Accounts and magic-link access

Customer accounts use passwordless magic-link authentication. You are responsible for protecting access to your email account and for notifying us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not share magic links or account download links.

5. Products, prices, and payment

Product descriptions and current prices are shown before checkout. Prices are displayed in euro and include applicable VAT where collected by the seller. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

An order is accepted when Stripe confirms successful payment and we begin electronic delivery. If a pricing or product-description error materially affects an order, we may cancel and refund it before delivery.

6. Digital delivery

Paid digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment through a delivery email and through the account library when you sign in using the same email address. You are responsible for providing a working email address and checking spam or filtered folders.

7. Personal-use licence

When you purchase or receive a product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal wellness purposes. You may download and keep reasonable personal copies.

You may not redistribute, share, publish, resell, sublicense, commercially use, publicly perform, reproduce for others, or create derivative products from the content without our prior written permission.

8. Intellectual property

Kemiworld Solutions Ltd owns or licenses the Sleep Anxiety Reset name, site design, text, audio, downloads, and other content. Except for the personal-use licence above, all intellectual-property rights are reserved.

9. Your responsibilities

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully or interfere with its security or operation;
• attempt to bypass purchase entitlements, access controls, rate limits, or download restrictions;
• share account access, signed download links, or purchased files with others; or
• misrepresent your identity or use another person's payment or email account without permission.

10. Educational content and no outcome guarantee

Products provide general educational wellness information and practical reflection or relaxation tools. They do not provide clinical assessment, CBT-I, counselling, medical care, or emergency support. We do not guarantee sleep, symptom improvement, or any particular outcome.

11. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered without a physical medium, that right is lost once delivery begins where the consumer has expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. Our checkout records that request and acknowledgement before immediate delivery begins.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate account access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, security risks, material breach of these terms, or required legal action. Termination does not remove rights that have already accrued. Where access is withdrawn because of our breach or a defective product, applicable consumer remedies remain available.

13. Availability and force majeure

We aim to keep the service available but may carry out maintenance or experience interruptions. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, natural events, government action, or failures of communications or payment networks. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or rights and remedies that Irish or EU consumer law does not permit us to exclude.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchased product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence. We encourage you to contact hello@sleepanxietyreset.com first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.

Disputes may be brought before the Irish courts, without limiting any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings in another competent court. EU consumers may also seek guidance from their national consumer authority or the European Consumer Centres Network. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

16. General terms

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. These terms, together with the policies linked from them, form the entire agreement about the service and products.

17. Changes and contact
